Phone alerts that stop surprise spending
Get a short operational alert when payment, budget, verification, approval, failure, or delivery needs your attention.
No card details, passwords, API keys, or verification codes are placed in messages. Open the secure owner workspace to review each action.
Actionable conversation preview
Operational alerts are deterministic and ask a direct question instead of sending a vague notification.
What do you want to do? Reply 1 BHP-42K9 to record your review intent and open secure review, 2 BHP-42K9 to reject, HELP for commands, or STOP to end alerts. A text never charges your card.
Reply commands
Reply in plain English with one of these short commands. The sender must be allowlisted and opted in, every inbound message must have a valid Twilio signature, duplicate messages are ignored, and payment replies must match an unexpired request for your exact owner account.
Secure wallet handoff
When a provider needs payment, reply 1 plus the challenge code. The response opens an authenticated HTTPS review, and only that page may continue to checkout. Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card options may appear there when the checkout provider, device, browser, account, and region support them. Payment details never pass through Big Homie's text messages.
Why these are not random texts
Every owner alert is labeled Big Homie's secure alert and must pass active consent, an enabled channel, a selected operational category, the owner allowlist, a unique delivery key, and the controlled live-channel qualification. Marketing blasts are not part of this system. STOP disables the channel immediately; START can only return a secure settings link and cannot silently restore consent.
